The firm was Established in 1991 in the name of Sandip Desai & Co.Registered with
the Institute Of Chartered Accountants Of India – New Delhi as a proprietory concern
by Sandip R. Desai. In order to provide better services to the clients and to globalize,
the constitution of the firm is changed from properietory concern to partnership
firm with effect from 1st April, 2004.
